3 Account Security and Responsibility

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 9bde is ৳200 (Bangladeshi Taka). This minimum applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Same Method for Deposit and Withdrawal

To prevent fraud and money laundering, 9bde ensures that withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit. In exceptional cases the support team will provide guidance.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

In the event of chargebacks, fraud, or any other fraudulent financial activity, 9bde reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and take applicable legal action.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be ৳200 or more. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15x (meaning you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount).

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus offer may be used only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are for betting or gaming use only; they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 9bde reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or any other unethical method will result in account closure.

5.3 VIP Program

9bde's VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level offers a weekly cashback benefit. Bronze offers up to 0.2%, Silver 0.3%, Gold 0.5%, Platinum 0.6%, and Diamond 0.8% weekly cashback. Higher levels can be reached through consistent account activity.

6 Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bde platform:

• Operating an account for a minor (under 21) or placing bets on their behalf.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Coordinated betting or collusive activity with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward other users.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, 9bde reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take applicable legal action.

7 Gaming Rules and Settlement of Results

7.2 Technical Issues

In the event of server disconnection, software errors, or any other technical problem, 9bde reserves the right to make the final decision. In such situations we will resolve matters on the basis of fairness and transparency.

7.3 Cancelled Bets

If a game or match is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. In special circumstances 9bde's decision will be considered final.
